Natural Demerara Sugar, Himalayan Pink Salt, Carmel Powder
1 tablespoon Salted Caramel Demerara Sugar, ½ cup room temperature milk, 1 oz milk chocolate, finely chopped, whipped cream and caramel sauce, to garnish (optional)
Step - 1: Place a medium saucepan over medium heat
Step - 2: Add milk and Salted Caramel Demerara Sugar continue to stir and heat the mixture
Step - 3: By the time the milk is piping hot, the caramel sugar will have melted and you will have a smooth liquid.
Step - 4: Remove the pan from the heat. Don’t let the milk come to a boil!
Step - 5: Add the chopped chocolates to the pan and whisk until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate is melted.
Step - 6: Serve Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
