All Natural Schezwan Pepper Chilli with Himalayan Pink Salt .Despite its name, Szechuan peppercorn is not a traditional peppercorn. Less about the heat and more about the spice, it offers a woodsy, dry, slightly citrus and grassy bouquet that merges strikingly with pure, natural Himalayan salt. The gentle tingling sensation and berry notes have made the Szechuan pepper a mainstay in Chinese and other Asian cuisines, which makes our All Natural Schezuan Pepper Chilli Himalayan Pink Salt a great ingredient and finishing salt in similarly-flavored dishes. Pair it with marinades that include soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, ginger and garlic. Experiment beyond international fare and try this artisanal salt on salads.

Himalayan Pink Salt, Schezuan peppercorns, Chilli Flakes
20 dry red chilies, 1 onion, 15 garlic cloves, 1” ginger all finely chopped, ½ cup water, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1Demerara sugar, ½ tsp light soy sauce, 3 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp Schezuan Pepper Chilli Himalayan Pink salt.
Step- 1: Soak the chilies in hot water for 30 minutes.
Step- 2: Drain and then add them to a blender.
Step- 3: Add 1 tbsp of water to make a smooth paste. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
Step- 4: Add the garlic ginger and onion saute don't brown them.
Step- 5: Add the red chili paste and stir.
Step- 6: Add Schezuan Pepper Chilli Himalayan Pink salt and ½ cup of water. Simmer for 2 mins.
Step- 7: Add soy sauce and vinegar. Stir for 5 to 6 minutes more.
Step- 8: Once cool cover tightly in Jar with a lid and refrigerate
