Which product are you looking for ?
1. Customers can fill the Search Bar to find products, brands or a category for their convenience.
2. They can also call the products specialist to learn more about the products they are interested in.
3. Information can be acquired about the products via chat service as well. 4. Besides customers can read general information regarding the products, services and health related articles on Blogs etc.
How do Customer make a purchase?
There are different ways a customer can make the payment for the order a) By Paying Online Payment Gateways b) By Cash on Delivery (available for certain Brands and Products).
Can I leave the products in the shopping cart for future purchase?
Yes, you can. But for this you have to be registered as a member to save the products in shopping cart or wish list etc. Please note that the price and the availability of the products in the shopping bag are shown on real time basis only. Therefore, there might be a possibility that the availability or price of the product might change from the time you added them to your shopping cart.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
The products marked as 'Out of Stock' are sold out and currently not available for sale by the vendor. So, even if you are interested in the particular product its not possible for you to buy it that time. Instead you can use the 'Notify Me' feature so that you can be informed of the product's availability as and when it is back in stock. Of course, we will send you a friendly email when the product is back in stock.

What are the different payment options?
We accept variety of payment methods such as:

4. Cash on Delivery (COD),

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on our website.
1. The price shown on the product page is exactly the amount you pay us.
2. The listed prices for all the items are final and are all-inclusive of applicable taxes on goods such as VAT/ CST etc. However due to Octroi Charges levied by some cities, the same will be borne by the Firm.
3. There may be extra delivery charges depending on the total value of the order placed. An amount of Rs 60 would be charged as delivery charges if your order is less than Rs. 750.
4. To avail free free COD, you should place a minimum order of Rs. 500.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of failure in payment, please retry the transaction ensuring some of the mentioned facts: 1. Accurate information is passed on by you to the payment gateway for example, your account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and other criteria. 2. Kindly ensure that your Internet connection is not disrupted in this payment process.
Note: If anyhow your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. Delivery
What are the delivery charges or shipping charges?
Any order above Rs 750 is delivered free of cost at your doorstep. However, if your order amount is less than Rs 750, a minimum shipping charge of Rs 60 is applicable on the same.
What are the charges on COD?
Rs. 50 COD charges are applicable if your total purchase is less than Rs 500.
Note: Certain additional procedures like state-wise taxes may be applicable to your order depending upon you order type, the utility of your order, the order size and the state/region the order is being delivered to. Please be aware of the procedures and charges which may be applicable at the time of order. However, our displayed product price includes VAT/ CST and Octroi.
Who will pay the Octroi charges?
Octroi is always borne by us for all the shipments.
How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?
We aim to ship you products only from fresh stocks and typically ship your order in about 1-3 business days after the placement of your order. For all the metros and major cities, delivery should occur within 3-5 business days. Deliveries to few remote locations in North East/ J&K may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints or occurrence of any natural calamity. (Note: Sometimes we may try to make deliveries even on Sundays).
How long do you take to dispatch an order?
We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible and typically ship your order in about 1-3 business days after the placement of your order.
Why there is no COD for a particular product?
Whether a particular product can be delivered as COD depends on:
  • The Seller Policy.
  • The availability of reliable courier partners to your location.
Note: At times sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
My order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?
There is nothing to be worried about this. It is possible and is perfectly normal. We may store different items in your order at different location and may ship these through various shipments. You will be informed through email about various items shipped in your order. The same will also be reflected in your ‘My Orders’ tab.
Returns & Refunds
What is the general return policy?
We follow a 7 Day Return Policy. We ask for your complete peace of mind while ordering at our website. If your order has some issue, you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. However we request you to ensure that the product is completely unused and all the tags, original boxes and other packaging are intact. If you have paid by card then the payment will be reversed. In case of Cash on Delivery as mode of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer. The shipping charges will also be refunded to you in the store credits.No refund would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3- failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.
What is the time limit wherein I can replace/ return the goods?
For any returns, you should notify us within 3 days from receipt of the order and courier these back to us within 10 days from receipt of the order.
What should Customer do if he/she receive a Defective Item?
An item if found defective, should be brought to our attention by getting in touch with us on customercare@lovelylifestyle.com or by calling us on +91 98765 98764 within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and ship you the replacement. Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of that particular product in our store or with the vendor. If replacement is not available, you are allowed to choose a different product from the same brand or we will issue full refund in terms of store credits.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
You can Contact Us to initiate a return on which you will receive a call explaining the complete process of returning.
Wherever and whenever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through designated courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and the courier costs will be returned to you.
In case of Refund, What amount will I get back?
It will be depending on the case of return. If product is damaged on receiving then after verification, we will issue full refund in terms of Store credits or provide full refund as the case may be. But if you choose to return the product for no fault of ours then we will refund partial amount after deducting our fees and processing charges. Please note that refund process may take 10-15 days and the refund amount will be issued via same mode as the payment was made. No refund would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3- failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.
Can I partially cancel an order?
An order can be partially cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped by us. However, this facility may not be available to you if the shipping charges or applicability of discount coupon ,anyhow changes for the modified order. In such cases, you will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order. For instance, if your original order consisted of two products worth Rs.720 (Product A for Rs.620 and Product B for Rs.150) and if you intend to cancel product B from the order, the order is no longer eligible for free shipping and hence you cannot do a partial cancellation in such cases. What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item? What are the points to consider when preparing an item for return shipping?
Once a replacement has been requested, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is unused and is in original condition including all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice. some important facts are needed to be considered for returning of a product such as
  • We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. Please follow the instructions you receive in your email.
  • In case we can't pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to the Seller. The shipping charges will be reimbursed to you against the original receipt. Things to be taken care of while you ship/pack the product are
    • Inclusion of all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
    • Packing of the item safely to ensure lack of damage in transit.
    • Mentioning of the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorisation No.) on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
    • Mentioning of the Seller's address as specified in the email notification sent to you.
    • Retaining the original receipt for the courier charges you have paid. This will be required for us to reimburse the shipping charges. Also note down the courier tracking ID for any future reference.
    • Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as Seller receives the product from you.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, a return can be created at item level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity provided you follow our guidelines for Returns.
What is the maximum time for the refund?
The maximum time could go up to 30 days. Generally, issuing banks take around 10-15 days to process refunds.
What should I do if I receive damaged item, wrong product unit in my order?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity. Please send a snapshot of the outer package and products received to our CustomerCare@LovelyLifeStyle.com or whatsapp on +91 98765 98764.
What if there is delay in the post and it reached to you after 30 days?
In case of shipment reaching to us after 30 days due to unavoidable reason like postal delay etc. We will take it to on a case to case basis to address the problem.
Cancellations
How do I cancel an order?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within one week's time. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. However, you can initiate return and our Return Policies or guidelines will apply for such orders.
In case of replacements how much time will company take to re-deliver the products?
Depending on the product availability, it will usually take 5-7 business days.
Can I return only some of the products from my order?
Yes, you can return one or more items from your order.  Refund, if any would be processed as per our cancellation and return policy.
How would I get refund for the cancelled or returned orders?
For the payments done through credit cards, debit cards or Internet banking, the refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was done. For COD transactions, we will issue you a cheque for the refund amount, which will be determined on the basis of Cancellation or Return policy. We will initiate refund process within 5-7 working days after your request for refund.
